Information on Data Processing and granting of consent by the interested party
Pursuant to art. 19 and art. 6 LPD, we inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations to which Etherna SA is bound.

Purpose of processing: the personal data provided by you are necessary for the performance of the assigned task, as well as for the obligations required by law.
Provision of data, refusal and revocation: the provision of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities indicated above and any refusal (or revocation of consent) to the processing will make it impossible to fulfill the same activities.
Processing and storage methods: the processing will be carried out in analog (paper) and digital (via IT tools) form, in compliance with the provisions of the LPD regarding security measures, by the Data Controller and/or by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of the LPD. In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, good faith and proportionality, subject to the release of free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this information notice, your personal data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are provided and, in any case, for the period of time provided for by law.
Scope of communication and dissemination: the data collected will not be disseminated and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to federal bodies or private entities for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from the assignment conferred and by law.
Transfer of personal data: Your personal data will not be subject to international transfer to third countries, with the exception of the Member States of the European Union. If the need arises, the Data Controller and/or the Data Processor will ask you to provide explicit consent.
Special categories of personal data: pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the LPD, you may provide data that can be classified as "personal data worthy of particular protection", namely data concerning religious, philosophical, political or trade union opinions or activities, health, the intimate sphere or belonging to a race or ethnicity, genetic data, biometric data that uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning administrative and criminal prosecutions and sanctions, data concerning social assistance measures. Such data may be processed only with your free and explicit consent, expressed in written form at the bottom of this information notice.
Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling: Etherna SA does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, as per Article 21 LPD.
Rights of the interested party: at any time, you may exercise the right to:
- request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
- obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
- obtain the rectification and erasure of data;
- obtain the limitation of processing;
- obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
- object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
- ask the data controller for access to personal data and for the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him or her or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
- revoke consent at any time (even though the revocation will make it impossible to continue the professional relationship), without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- file a complaint to the supervisory authority.
The rights referred to in letters a) to i) can be exercised by means of a written request sent to the Data Controller or the Data Processor.
By proceeding with registration, you express your consent that:

- I authorize the communication of my personal data to federal bodies and private entities, for the purposes indicated in the information
